What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Long Jetty Mechanical team, you'll play an important role in delivering the exceptional workmanship, proper mechanical repairs and customer experience we're known for.
Performing servicing, maintenance and repairs to the highest industry standards.
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic equipment.
Following manufacturer repair procedures and workshop quality standards.
Completing accurate inspections and providing detailed repair recommendations.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment.
Working collaboratively with technicians, apprentices and service advisors.
Communicating professionally with customers and colleagues.
Taking pride in every repair and treating every vehicle with care and respect.
Participating in ongoing manufacturer and industry training.
Contributing to a positive team culture built on professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Dale is the driving force behind Long Jetty Mechanical and one of the South West's most respected European vehicle technicians.
Specialising in complex diagnostics, drivability concerns, and advanced mechanical repairs, Dale has built a reputation for solving problems that others can't. His meticulous approach, technical expertise, and commitment to doing the job properly have earned the trust of customers across Western Australia.
As the Lead Technician, Dale oversees workshop quality, diagnostic processes, and technical excellence, ensuring every repair meets the highest standards of workmanship.
Today, Dale leads an award-winning team while proudly operating the Authorised Jaguar Land Rover Service Centre for the South West. His passion for continuous learning, investment in the latest technology, and dedication to exceptional customer service continue to drive the business forward.

Rory is a fully qualified Automotive Technician with a strong background in Jaguar Land Rover vehicles, having completed his apprenticeship with a Land Rover specialist workshop.
